Orasi Named HP Support Partner of the Year

KENNESAW, GA – June 16, 2009 – Orasi Software today announced that it has been named HP Support Partner of the Year by HP Software and Solutions, the global leader in business technology optimization (BTO). The Support Partner of the Year award recognizes the HP partner that has demonstrated a proven commitment to providing exceptional support for HP products.

An HP Platinum Partner, Orasi resells and offers certified consulting services for HP’s BTO product lines. In addition, Orasi is an authorized Support partner offering both new and renewal support contracts for all of the HP software testing products sold by Orasi.

Also today, Orasi announced the availability of Platinum Support packages as an extension to the standard HP support the company currently offers. Intended for customers who need support services beyond those offered by HP and Orasi’s standard product support and maintenance, Platinum Support packages are available regardless of whether customers purchase their standard support from HP or Orasi.

“In working with support customers, we have found that some customers need help beyond what can be provided in a traditional support model,” said Jim Azar, Chief Technology Officer for Orasi. “By offering the Platinum Support packages that include remotely-delivered professional services, we are able to provide an even greater level of service and support for our customers.”

With services ranging from general advice concerning architecture and design of solutions to product-specific installation and upgrades, Orasi’s Platinum Support customers can call Orasi for help with a variety of scripting, customization and other needs. Platinum Support also covers best practices and process-related needs that may or may not be directly related to HP Software products. In addition, Orasi offers Platinum Plus Support, which includes all of the features and benefits of Platinum Support plus onsite consulting days.
