HP Center Management for Quality Center (CMQC) uses the technology and features of HP Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPM Center) to optimize Center of Excellence management by introducing repeatable best practices, projects, workflows, and Key  Performance Indicators (KPIs) for principal quality activities and resource management.

CMQC provides delivery processes to initiate and manage application and testing projects, gain (and provide) visibility into project and test status. There are out-of-the-box dashboards that take snapshots of stats directly from Quality Center (QC) projects for trending and analysis, generate consolidated views of related information from multiple QC projects and different data-sources, and improve efficiency of data gathering and rendering.
